1- Open Netscape Communicator 
2- Go to Edit in the menu bar, then select Preferences. 
3- Double Click on Advanced Then on Proxies. 
4- Check on Manual Proxy Configuration 
5- Click on View 
6- Fill in the Http: , Ftp: , Security : proxy.shaheer.net.sa and in the Port section Fill : 8080 
And in the Do not use proxy server for domains beginning with Fill in *.shaheer.net.sa

7- Click OK then Ok again.
